Steps For Debugging The Tattoo Machine?

Steps For Debugging The Tattoo Machine?
Step 1: Hold the needle tube of the tattoo machine with your left hand, press the bottom of the "main unit" with your index finger, and press the position of the "needle tube fixing button" with your thumb.

Step 2: Turn on the AC power supply and connect the connecting line to the tattoo machine jack.

Step 3: Pinch the "adjustment fixing button" with your right thumb and index finger and adjust it to the "relaxed" state.

Step 4: Pinch the "pressure adjustment button" with your right thumb and index finger, adjust the "pressure adjustment button" and step on the "foot switch" with your right foot to start the tattoo machine.

Step 5: When adjusting the "pressure adjustment button" with your right thumb and index finger, be careful not to leave or relax the "pressure adjustment button" with your right hand until the tattoo machine produces the best speed and sound. At the same time, touch the front end of the magnetic strip with the belly of your left thumb, below the needle rod fixing button. Check whether the left thumb feels the maximum vibration (until you feel numbness or itching). At this time, the tattoo machine is in the best working state.
Step 6: When debugging the tattoo machine, we need to pay attention to the stroke of the tattoo machine (the stroke means the distance between the magnetic strip and the magnetic coil of the tattoo machine). The stroke must be guaranteed to be at least 2.5MM. This is the only way to ensure that the needle has enough telescopic distance to ensure that the needle can penetrate the bottom layer of the epidermis when it is extended and can be retracted into the needle tube to get the pigment when it is retracted.
Step 7: When the tattoo machine is in the best state, the right foot leaves the "foot switch", that is, the power is cut off, the tattoo machine is in the shutdown state, and the "adjustment fixing button" is adjusted to the tightest state with the thumb and index finger of the right hand, and the "voltage adjustment button" is locked.
Note: After completing the above seven steps, restart the tattoo machine and test the machine! The working state is the best! That is to complete the tattoo machine debugging. When the tattoo machine uses a professional voltage stabilizer, the voltage used for cutting is 5-10V, and 5-12V is used for coloring or fogging.
Install the tattoo needle:
Step 1: Debug the tattoo machine to the best state A: The sound is loud, dense, and stable; B: High speed and high torque.
Step 2: Check whether the tip of the tattoo needle is damaged.
Step 3: Remove the "needle mouth fixing screw" with special equipment to remove the needle.
Step 4: Insert the tattoo needle rod from the entrance of the upper end of the needle tube, and hang the upper part of the tattoo needle rod on the "needle rod fixing button" to fix it.
Work precautions:
Be careful not to let the needle touch any object other than the skin during work. When applying the solution, the needle must stop trembling to prevent it from touching the solution box. If the needle tip is bent, it will not work. You can use fine sandpaper to gently pull it in the clockwise direction, and then use a thick calloused skin to test the needle. It is better not to hook the skin.
After each use of the machine, wipe the contacts to prevent dirt from being generated, disinfect the needle and needle tube, wipe the machine body, and prevent the two magnetic points on the upper and lower parts of the machine body from rusting. If the contact is not in good contact, you can use banknotes to wipe it lightly or use sandpaper to polish the adjustment screw. The contact fold will be powerless to move downward after long-term use. At this time, you can fold it up by hand.

Common faults:
A: If the needle cannot move in the flesh, there are the following problems
1 Improper adjustment (adjust the frequency modulation three-way)
2 The needle tip is bent (with hook)
3 The needle tip is too long (adjust the handle grip)
4 The frequency is too low (adjust the frequency modulation gong wire)
5 The voltage is too low (adjust the power supply) B: If it sometimes works and sometimes does not work, there are the following problems
1 Poor contact
2 Improper adjustment
3 The machine is overheated (rest for a few minutes)
4 The power cord contact is dirty
5 The voltage is too low
